The Marketing Interface enables external marketing platforms and social media platforms to interact with autoX on SAP S/4HANA. It provides endpoints for capturing inbound leads, opportunities, and service appointments, tightly integrating front-end customer touchpoints, third-party applications, and autoX.Use the Leads Create endpoint to generate a lead from any external source – including SAP marketing applications (SAP Marketing Cloud, Emarsys), non-SAP platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), dealer websites, kiosks, or social media applications. autoX checks for an existing Business Partner by mobile number and either creates a lead against the existing Business Partner or creates a new Business Partner and lead automatically.Use the Appointment Create endpoint to create a service appointment for a customer vehicle in SAP S/4HANA. This endpoint supports two modes:
1.
Book Appointment – The appointment is created directly based on workshop capacity.
2.
Service Lead – A service lead is created in the CRM. A CRM agent contacts the customer to confirm and book the appointment on their behalf.
Use the Opportunity Create endpoint to create a CRM opportunity in SAP S/4HANA for a given customer. The opportunity type, sales area, and assignment are determined by the rule configured in autoX for the make and model. If an open opportunity already exists for the customer in the same sales area and make/model combination, the existing opportunity is referenced rather than creating a duplicate.Use the Transaction Push outbound webhook to push a vehicle sales transaction – such as a lead or opportunity – from autoX to an external system. autoX POSTs the transaction payload to a partner-provided endpoint based on a configurable trigger or manual action.Use the Transaction Update outbound webhook to push a status update to an external system as a transaction progresses through the sales cycle in autoX – for example advancing from a lead to an opportunity, quotation, sales order, delivery, invoice, and handover.
