Overview - autoX API Reference

The OEM Interface module provides a set of data extraction endpoints that expose autoX dealership data to OEM reporting and analytics platforms, enabling OEMs to consolidate sales, aftersales, vehicle, customer, and booking data.

Each endpoint can be called in real time to retrieve current data on demand, giving OEM platforms and integration teams direct access to live dealership data at any point. For OEMs operating scheduled batch pipelines, these endpoints also support a daily extract pattern – typically run as a nightly routine and delivered to a partner-configured SFTP endpoint. Daily transfers are tracked within autoX – if a transfer fails, the following day's extract will include the missed data alongside the current day's, ensuring no data gaps. Transfer activity and failures are logged for monitoring and troubleshooting.

Sales & Transactions – Parts Sales Data, Labour Sales Data, Service History Data, and Vehicle Sales Data report transactional activity across vehicle sales, parts sales, and workshop operations.

Stock & Inventory – Parts Stock Data and Vehicle Data provide current inventory snapshots for parts and vehicles. Parts Stock includes available quantity, on-order quantity, on-hand quantity, and moving average cost.

Customers & Accounts – Customer Data and Accounts Data supply the customer and account records associated with sales and aftersales activity. Customer Data includes contact details, communication preference flags, and record status.

Workshop Activity – Open Repair Orders Data, Open Repair Orders Customer Data, Workshop Transactions Data, and Workshop Transactions Customer Data provide a view of active and completed workshop jobs, including complaint and correction statements, financial totals, and associated customer records.

Bookings – Future Booking Data exposes upcoming appointment activity filtered by status.
