  1. Call Center Integration

Overview

The Call Center Integration module enables integration between call centre platforms (such as Avaya or Genesys) and autoX on SAP S/4HANA.

Use the Data Fetch endpoint to retrieve customer and vehicle data by telephone number at the start of a call. The response includes the Business Partner profile, contact persons, and associated vehicles, and provides hyperlinks to navigate directly to the Customer 360, Vehicle, and Customer Identification Fiori applications within autoX.
Use the Transaction Sync endpoint to post call activity to SAP S/4HANA at the end of an interaction. This creates an Interaction-log Activity against the Business Partner, capturing call notes, the voice recording link, the responsible employee, and the reason code for the call.
Use the Queue Upload outbound webhook to push a list of customers from autoX into a call centre campaign queue. This is triggered manually – for example when a marketing or service team runs a campaign or recall – and allows users to upload a full or segmented contact list directly to the connected call centre platform such as Genesys.
Outbound calls can also be initiated directly from autoX Fiori applications via a hyperlink, enabling call execution through the connected call centre platform.
